Introduction to Underwear Adhesive Product Production ProcessThe core process revolves around three key processes: "dot coating + spreading + ironing". Through the coordination of mechanical automation and manual refinement, product bonding quality and supply efficiency are ensured.

1.Preliminary Dot Coating and Fabric Bonding.
● The cut underwear pieces first enter the dot coating machine, which evenly applies adhesive along the edges of the pieces to ensure consistent glue quantity around the perimeter.
● After dot coating, the front and back pieces are placed into the bonding machine for compression bonding, accurately fixing the position of the pieces to ensure product forming accuracy and basic quality.
● Multiple sets of bonding machines operate in parallel to meet mass production needs and alleviate supply pressure.

2.Bra Cup Shaping
● For bra products, the bonded pieces need to be sent to the cup shaping machine for specialized compression treatment.
● Through precise pressure control of the cup shaping machine, the bra cup maintains its complete shape, ensuring fit and three-dimensionality during wearing.
● Similarly, multiple cup shaping machines work simultaneously to match the overall production rhythm and avoid production capacity bottlenecks.

3. Special products manual heat sealing.
● For adhesive products with curved surfaces, manual ironing is used for precise processing.
●  Workers strictly follow standard operating procedures to ensure seamless bonding of product gaps and accurate alignment of fabric pieces without deviation.
● Stringent production quality control is implemented throughout the process, with no detail defects overlooked.

4. Finished product inspection and classification rework.
● All finished products are inspected one by one by hand, and qualified and unqualified products are sorted and placed separately.
● Substandard products are sent back to the rework area for processing, while qualified products proceed to the next production step.
●  Multiple teams of employees are assigned specific roles for inspection and classification, with clearly defined job responsibilities to enhance overall workflow efficiency.

5.Final Sorting and Packaging Preparation
● Qualified bra products are subjected to batch cup insertion operations by specialized workers.
● After the bowl filling process is completed, the product can proceed to the subsequent packaging stage, marking the closure of the entire production loop.
