Step 1:

In-Depth Needs Discussion & Creative Visualization

Creative Kickoff:

New Designs:

Provide inspiration images, design sketches, or market reference samples. Our design team will engage in thorough discussions with you, combining market trends and manufacturing feasibility to deliver design renderings, style drawings (with size annotations), and fabric recommendations.

Existing Style Revisions:

Based on samples you provide or our existing patterns, we'll make targeted adjustments according to your requirements.

Integrated Brand Detail Design:

We incorporate elements like logos, heat transfers, packaging, hangtags, and care labels into the overall design system. We offer professional recommendations on materials, techniques, and typography to ensure a unified, premium brand image.

Step 2:

Precision Prototyping And Sample Experience

Creative Kickoff:

Experienced patternmakers create 1:1 precision paper patterns based on confirmed design drawings.

Using your approved original fabrics and trims, we sew the first prototype sample (Proto Sample).

Sample Delivery and Multi-Dimensional Evaluation:

·We not only ship the sample but also include a Sample Evaluation Report clearly outlining key production details, fabric and trimming information, and items requiring confirmation.

Step 3:

Contract Signing and Quotation

Final Quotation Confirmation:

Based on confirmed samples, production details, and order quantity, we will issue a final quotation. This will clearly list: fabric costs, processing fees, accessory expenses, packaging charges, etc., eliminating hidden fees.

Contract Signing:

The formal contract will clearly define product specifications, manufacturing standards, unit price, total cost, payment terms (typically deposit + balance), delivery date, quality acceptance criteria, and after-sales terms. Upon mutual confirmation and signature, the project will formally enter the production phase.

Step 4:

Standardized and Professional Production Management

Confirmed samples undergo standardized processes, with each production stage supervised by specialized personnel to ensure quality and efficiency.

Step 5:

Full-Process Quality Control and Final Inspection

Inspection scope includes but is not limited to: dimensional deviations, stitching craftsmanship, left-right symmetry, color variation, stains, accessory functionality, packaging, and labeling accuracy.

Only products passing inspection are permitted for packaging and warehousing.

Step 6:
