1. Pre-Packaging Preparation and Quality Inspection
● Prior to packaging, dedicated staff members trim thread ends and inspect each product individually to ensure no residual threads remain, guaranteeing a clean appearance.
● Strictly adhering to the principle of “producing only premium products,” all items undergo compliant labeling and meet quality standards before proceeding to the packaging stage.

2. Customized Packaging Operations
● Manual tagging of products with corresponding hangtags is performed according to specific customer requirements, ensuring accurate information matching.
● After tagging completion, products are manually placed into packaging bags and neatly arranged to guarantee uniform packaging appearance.
● For multi-specification and multi-size products, classification and individual packaging are implemented to support full-bag order fulfillment, meeting diverse customer order requirements.

3. Carton Packing and Warehouse Shipping
● After individual product packaging is completed, items are consolidated into cartons and manually secured with rigorous strapping to prevent damage during transit.
● Packaged products are stored in dedicated warehouses under standardized management to ensure safe and orderly inventory storage.
● Shipping methods are fully customized to client requirements. Leveraging our proprietary warehouse capabilities, we enable rapid, on-demand shipments to prevent delivery delays.
