We primarily ensure product quality by establishing and implementing a quality control process that covers key stages of production. This includes:
1. Raw Material Management: Screening and inspecting primary raw materials.
2. Process Standardization: Adhering to standardized operating procedures during production.
3. In-process Inspection and Testing: Conducting regular sampling inspections during production and arranging tests for key performance indicators.
4. Finished Product Inspection: Performing final inspections and packaging checks at the finished product stage. Additionally, depending on project requirements or client agreements, we may introduce third-party independent quality inspections as supplementary verification when necessary.
Regarding batch inspection, we implement a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished products, which includes inspecting and testing each production batch to ensure it meets established quality requirements. Simultaneously, we value collecting customer feedback and use it as a reference for continuously optimizing our products and improving our processes.
