The bulk purchase price for underwear is typically structured based on EXW (Ex Works) terms and mainly includes fabric costs, dyeing fees, cutting and manufacturing processing fees, as well as packaging material costs (such as product packaging, hangtags, hot stamping, care labels, etc.). Generally, as order quantities increase, the unit cost may decrease accordingly.
Key factors affecting the final cost mainly include the type and quantity of fabric, the number of colors, the complexity of the craftsmanship, the total order volume, and special packaging requirements. If custom fabric development or special processing techniques are involved, additional costs usually apply.
Regarding cost breakdowns, we offer different solutions for in-stock products and custom orders: for in-stock products, we can provide clear quotations based on the inventory catalog and your purchase quantity; for custom orders, we will conduct a detailed cost breakdown and provide a quotation after you specify your requirements (including category, style, material, etc.).
