S·KAIFEI has a relatively complete production setup and team scale, enabling support for sustained order production. The company currently employs over 200 staff, covering functions such as design, engineering, production, quality control, packaging, and customer service.

Regarding Production Capacity and Order Handling

We operate two automated spreading and cutting lines,approximately 50 seamless knitting machines, about 50 sewing machines, around 10 laminating machines, and roughly 10 bra cup molding machines. Based on this configuration, the factory supports large-scale production. Under current conditions, the daily shipment volume for seamless underwear can reach up to approximately 50,000 pieces during peak periods. This provides a production capacity foundation for undertaking and managing sustained large orders.

Regarding Equipment for Seamless Underwear Production

For producing seamless underwear and related products,the main professional equipment we use includes:

1. Seamless Knitting Machines: Such as models from brands like Santoni.

2. Specialty Accessories and Molding Equipment: Including accessories for straps, lace, boning, etc. (from brands such as Kailite), as well as bra cup molding machines from the KV-168B/C series.

3. Finishing and Packaging Equipment: Such as label transfer/heat press machines from the MK brand.

4. Sewing and Cutting Equipment: Including sewing machines from the JACK brand, fabric laminating machines from the Jinko brand, laser cutting machines from the GBOS brand, computerized cutting tables from the GERBER brand, and overlock machines from the PEGASUS brand.
