Seamless Bonding

Use heat pressing + silicone film to bond the edges of the fabric. Traceless technology. A: The production lead time is 7–15 working days based on your order quantity and customization details. Shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose, ranging from 3–7 days by air express and 25–40 days by sea shipment. We will inform you of the exact schedule once your deposit is confirmed.

Q: Do you ship custom underwear internationally?

A: Yes, we support worldwide international shipping. We can deliver to all countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight and sea freight. We can also assist you with customs clearance documents if needed.

Q: What file format should I supply my private label panties designs?

A: We accept high-definition vector files including AI, PDF, EPS, CDR for precise printing. High-resolution PNG (300DPI or above) is also acceptable if you do not have vector files. Blurry JPG pictures cannot be used for mass production.

Qu: Could you tailor the panties to the size I want? Is there any extra charge?

A: Custom sizing service is available. If you need sizes out of our standard size chart, our pattern makers will develop new patterns according to your measurement sheet. Small MOQ orders may involve a small pattern development fee, which can be refunded when your order quantity reaches our negotiated target. Q:Can I add my own logo directly on your existing design? How is it charged?

A: Definitely, you can print, emboss or silicone print your logo on our existing underwear styles. The cost depends on logo size, printing craft and order quantity. The logo plate charge is one-time only and will be waived for large orders. We will send you a detailed quotation after confirming your logo file.

Q: Can you match pantone colors?

A: Yes, we strictly follow Pantone Matching System for fabric dyeing and all-over printing. We will make color swatches for your confirmation before mass production to ensure the color is consistent with your Pantone code. Minor color deviation within industrial standard is acceptable.

Q: Can I use block colors in my design?

A: Solid block color designs are fully supported. We can do flat solid color printing without gradient restrictions. If you need multiple large solid color blocks, we will adjust the printing process to avoid color bleeding and guarantee smooth color presentation on the underwear fabric.
