The Precision Journey from Yarn to Greige Fabric-S·KAIFEI

In our factory, the first step in turning raw materials into good fabrics is to prepare the yarn.
Before the yarn is woven, it is first put on a layer of "protective clothing" (this is called sizing) so that it is not easily broken when the machine is running quickly.
Then, workers will very carefully thread these yarns one by one and arrange them neatly (this is called threading), so that the woven cloth can be stylish and not scattered.

After the yarn is ready, it enters the core "transformation" link - loading the loom.
No matter what kind of advanced machines they are, they repeat three key actions:
1.Opening: First separate the yarn lengthwise to leave a gap.
2.Weft insertion: quickly pass the transverse yarn through this gap.
3.Beating up: push the horizontal thread through tightly and collide with the vertical thread.
In this way, the horizontal and vertical yarns are intertwined vertically and become pieces of "gray cloth". This is what we often call "white gray cloth". It is the original appearance of the cloth, and all subsequent dyeing and processing must be based on it.
