The action we took: rebuilt the tummy panel on a 22-gauge Santoni machine using a 75-denier nylon + 30-denier spandex dual-layer knit, switched the waistband elastic from a generic 8mm strip to a 12mm silicon-bonded edge, and ran the compression zones through an elastic-recovery test at 30%, 50%, and 80% stretch. The result: return rate dropped to 3.1% by the fourth reorder, with a 22% margin gain on the re-engineered SKU.

That is what "manufacturing" means in a private label thong context. It is not logo + packaging. It is gauge, compression zoning, and elastic recovery.
